Thank you for shopping at COURTS. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

This return policy applies to clothing only.
Please note: Socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and the reason for return. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address located inside Qatar along with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item is defective

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item or size, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All other items purchased using promotional discounts (such as launch offers or seasonal sales) are eligible for return under the same conditions.
